  • There will be dynamic stretching, core strengthening, and form running techniques that will also be addressed during the camp week. Expert advice on proper footwear and running form.
  • Best Food menu from any camp ever! Camp will accommodate nutritional necessities such as gluten, peanut allergies, and vegetarian needs.

  • On campus movie theater, guest speakers, and game room provide entertainment throughout the week.
  • Olympic size swimming pool for cross training, fun, & relaxation. As well as access to hydrotherapy to aid in recovery.
At Victory Running Camp athletes will be introduced to different types of running workouts such as Fartlek Runs, Tempo Runs, Recovery Runs, and The Long Run. Camp will feature two runs per day on mostly forgiving surfaces such as dirt roads, fields & trails. Athletes will be grouped by ability for all runs/workouts. Intensity of run/workout is not the goal. It is to learn, gain knowledge, and have fun while preparing to be your best for the start of your xc season. 


Unlike most other running camps this camp is not just about the miles. Our goal is not to run more miles in a week than you ever have before. It is about learning, progressing, and becoming a better runner. Here you will get your season off on the right foot. You will leave camp ready to begin your season healthy and excited of what lies ahead. ​


Having the athletes live and train together in this environment will help foster their running development  individually as well develop strong friendships, Memories, and team unity for upcoming season and beyond.
